Certificate of Travel (Black) – Assistance

If you have been refused a passport by your own national authorities, you will need to apply for a certificate of travel (black) to travel outside of the UK.

Our fees start from £300.00. This fee is for our OISC qualified immigration professionals to provide assistance in relation to your application for a certificate of travel (black). You should also ensure you have put £267.00 (or £134 for children) aside to pay for disbursements to the Home Office.

Previously known as a ‘certificate of identity’,  the certificate of travel is a document to be used by UK residents that are neither classed as refugees nor as stateless but whose own countries have refused to provide them with a passport.

Before you pay for this travel document, please speak to us to ensure that the country you are travelling to will recognise the certificate of travel as not all do.

Validity: Upto 5 years (depending on whether you are a permanent or temporary resident of the UK).

Please Note

You must pay the Home Office fee of £267 (or £134 for children) separately.
